Q: Who is required to take ELDT?
A: ELDT is required for first-time CDL applicants, drivers upgrading their CDL class, or anyone obtaining certain endorsements such as passenger (P) or school bus (S).

Q: What are the age requirements?
A: You must be at least 18 years old to obtain an intrastate CDL (within your state) and at least 21 years old to drive interstate (across state lines).

Q: Do I need a CDL permit before enrolling?
